Payment Terms
We accept payment via the following methods

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
• Bank Deposit (pay into our account)
• Money Order
• Personal/Business Cheque
• Australia Post Cash-To-Collect (cash on delivery service.)

When paying with your Credit Card, we do NOT charge you until your goods are packed and ready to ship.
In most cases we will not charge you for back order items until they are also ready to be shipped.

National freight (within Australia)
We ship the majority of our parts via Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post Express Satchel.
This includes all items up to 20kg (yes- even bumper bars!)
If an item is too large or heavy to use Australia Post, we will use a courier service.
(We normally use Toll Express, Fastway, or Couriers Please.)

International freight (outside Australia)
We normally ship via Australia Post Express Post International or Express Courier International.
They offer competitive rates and great speed.
If an item is too large or heavy to use Australia Post, we will use a suitable freight company.
Please note that international freight charges DO NOT include any customs/import/duties that may be payable.
As these amounts are subject to import agreements in your country they will be charged to you directly by your import office upon receiving of goods.
We recommend you contact your country postal customs office if you are concerned with what these amounts may be.

Both eParcel and Australia Post international services are fully track and traceable.
All our deliveries are insured for loss or damage - just one less thing to worry about when you're shopping with us!
