Ordering
If you've done online shopping before, you should have no trouble browsing and placing an order on our website.
If you're new to online shopping, or not quite sure how to use our website, here is a quick guide (video tutorial coming soon.)
First, we recommend that you sign up and login to your account. You can browse and add products to your cart without being a member but you could loose your cart contents by quiting your browser, or disconnecting from the internet.
If you choose not to sign up right away, you will need to provide an email address and password during the checkout procedure which will create an account for you (you can't place an order without making an account.)

Creating a new account:
If you're new to our website, you should sign up for a new account.

Click the "My Account" button in the header. You'll reach the "Login or Create an Account" page.
Click the "Create An Account" button.

Fill in the form with your name, emai address, date of birth, gender and a password, then click the "Submit" button.
Your account will be created in an unverified state. Before you can use it you'll need to check your emails for an automated verification email from us.
Open the verification email, click the activation link provided in the email.
Now your account is set up and ready to use!

TIP: Can't find the activation email? Make sure to check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. Sometimes good emails end out there!

Logging in to your account:
If you've already signed up for an account, your next step is to log in.

Click the "My Account" button in the header. You'll reach the "Login or Create an Account" page.
Fill in your email address and password in the form provided and click the "Login" button.

Adding products to your cart:
Although you can do this without logging in, we highly suggest you log in to your account first so your cart contents are safely stored in your account.

Either use the categories of our website to find the product you want, or use the search box.
Once you've found the product you want, you can click the "Details" button to find out more about it.
In the Details page, enter the quantity you want to purchase and then click the "Add To Cart" button.

You can repeat these steps to add as many products as you need.

Placing your order:
Once your cart is full of all the goodies you need, you can proceed to the checkout.

Click the "Cart" box at the top of the website, then click the "My Cart" button.
From the "My Cart" page you can see all the items in your cart.

Here you can update quantities, remove products, or move them to your wishlist.
Once your happy with the cart contents, click the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
On the "Checkout" page you need to do the following...
Billing Address: select one of your existing addresses, or enter a new one. Select the "ship to different address" is you need to.
Shilling Address (if you selected "ship to different address"): select one of your existing addresses, or enter a new one.
Shipping Method: Choose one of the available methods. (Generally, the more expensive the faster the service. You can go to the shipping providers' website and look up what the different options are for more info)
Payment Method: Choose one of the available methods. "Credit Card or Debit Card" is our most popular choice.
Order Review: Check here to ensure the order is all correct. Once your happy, press the "Place Order Now" button.

Shipping & Delivery
Majority of goods will be delivered right to your door by Australia Post or StarTrack.
Some special circumstances may require the use of a more apporpriate carrier.
All orders are sent at customers expense and you will be quoted for delivery during the checkout process.

Australian Deliveries
Your parcels are delivered by an Australia Post or StarTrack service, both of which are fully track & tracable.
Your orders with us are covered in the result of any loss or damaged goods.
In some unusual circumstances we may use a more appropriate freight carrier (such as Toll Express, Fastway or Couriers Please.)

International Deliveries
All items up to 20kg ship via Australia Post eParcel, you'll be able to choose from pack & track, express post and express courier services. Some services are only available to select countries.
All Australia Post services we offer are carried by air and are relatively quick. For more information see their official website.
If we deem an item to be too large or heavy, we will use another appropriate freight carrier.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment via the following methods:
  • VISA, Mastercard, or American Express
  • PayPal
  • Bank Deposit (clearing time applies)
  • Money Order (clearing time applies)
  • Personal/Business/Bank cheque (clearing time applies)
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices quoted on this website supersede any printed advertisement including our parts catalogue, however unless explicitly stated any item advertised in print-form at a special discounted price that have not yet expired are still valid.
While every effort is used to keep pricing up-to-date on this website, prices may vary on some products and stated price may be incorrect.
If you place an order and a product price has changed since our last update, we will inform you of the new price (whether it be higher or lower) and will always give you you the option to cancel your order and refund the amount paid.
Hemi Performance reserves the right to change any price and end any promotion early at their discretion.

Viewing Orders
You can view your past online orders by logging into your account with your chosen username and password, and then going to "My Orders."
If you have your order number, but aren't sure of your password or don't want to login, we do offer a method to view basic order information.
To access, please click here and enter your order number, and post code.

Updating Account Information
You can update your account email address, password, billing and shipping address easily using our website.
  1. First you must login to your account by clicking the "Log In" link in the header
  2. Once you've logged in click the "My Account" link in the header, then choose:
  3. "Account Information" to update your name, email, DOB, gender or password.
  4. Or "Address Book" to change default shipping/billing address, or add/remove addresses.
