Part substituted for a inferior brand

I bought this HP brand pitman arm, but received a Wasp brand instead. When I rang and complained I was told they haven't got the HP brand in stock. They said the life time warranty now applies to this brand as it was substituted.
I am not happy as the Wasp brand is inferior to the HP brand, and has normally only a two year warranty and paying more money doesnt make it last any longer.

The item in the description is not what it is, and should not be sold as such.
