Overview
This digital thermo fan thermostatic switch is a neat, practical upgrade for controlling electric radiator fans on classic vehicle cooling systems. Instead of relying on a fixed switch, the controller allows you to set the fan activation temperature to suit your engine, radiator and driving conditions.
The LED display makes temperature setting simple, while the adjustable 40°C to 110°C range gives plenty of flexibility for street cars, cruisers and modified engines. It can operate a single fan or twin fan setup, with the second fan starting shortly after the first to reduce sudden electrical load. The sensor can read air temperature through the radiator or be positioned for coolant temperature sensing where the installation allows.
With 12V and 24V compatibility, air conditioning trigger operation and an IP66 rated controller body, this is a tidy solution for improving low-speed and idle cooling control, especially when converting from mechanical to electric thermo fans.
