About our Polyurethane componenet:
We are one of very few companies that has setup to use newer MDI technology polyurethane for suspension and reproduction items and possibly the only supplier for our Chrysler Valiant models - this is due to the injection molds and equipment being different to use MDI and most long standing polyurethane companies are far too invested with the older TDI style molds and equipment.

Our MDI urethane is superior to TDI urethane products in a number of ways including:

• Wide range of hard and soft type materials allowing us to finely tune suspension for comfort and reliability
• Very high resistance to commonly encountered chemicals and fuels meaning slower degradation of our products.
• Higher density of urethane at a molecular level increasing resistance to torsional tearing and breaking.
