Upgrade your Hemi 6 cooling system with this CNC machined billet aluminium thermostat housing, designed to suit Australian Chrysler Hemi 6 215, 245 and 265 engines. A clean, strong replacement for tired, corroded or damaged original housings, it offers a quality finish while helping maintain a reliable seal at a key point in the cooling system.
The O-ring sealing design provides a neat, serviceable alternative to a traditional gasket-style setup, helping reduce the chance of coolant seepage when correctly installed. Ideal for restorations, engine bay freshen-ups or performance builds where durability and presentation both matter.
Important: This thermostat housing does not fit Chrysler Centura vehicles.

Important note: The o-ring seal needs a flat finish on the head with no pitting or corrosion marks, If marks are present, we recommend to use a standard gasket and sealant.

- For the same money you can get a shitty old pitted secondhand one. These look amazing and fit perfectly, but I don’t know why the new thing is O-ring gaskets. They never seal and you have to put RTV on them anyway so it’s a wasted idea. Use a paper gasket with sealant and be done with it. Otherwise 10/10
