This Chassis Rail Repair Sleeve is designed for the left-hand side of VE, VF, VG, VH, VJ, VK, CL, and CM Valiant vehicles, including Charger and Hardtop models. This repair sleeve addresses a common rust issue in the chassis rails, which can compromise the vehicle's structural integrity.

Manufactured from 3mm steel, the sleeve is more than double the thickness of the original factory chassis rail, providing enhanced strength even if a significant portion of the rail is rusted. Installation involves removing the steering box (or Hemi Performance rack and pinion conversion), cleaning the chassis area to be covered, and sliding the sleeve into place. The sleeve is designed with all necessary cutouts for a snug fit, ensuring ease of installation. After fitting, it's recommended to have a professional weld along the entire length of the sleeve on both sides, avoiding welding across the front and back to prevent fatigue.

For earlier models such as the AP5, AP6, or VC, this sleeve can serve as a starting point; however, modifications will be necessary to achieve a proper fit.
