This decal is a CUSTOM "265 " decal with the same design as found on Valiant VG pacer models and located on the engine air-cleaner & breather cap. Ideal for your 265 powered Pacer Look-a-Like.

Please note: over the years there has been many opinions on how these particular decals were applied to the air cleaner from the factory, particularly in relation to the location of the 'pacer' motif compared to the position of the 'hemi-245' wording. Below are images of original vehicles identifying variations in fitment.

fig.3 : we have also noticed that the striping did not always meet perfectly at the rear of the air-cleaner.

For these reasons, we have manufactured this decal with a separate 'pacer' decal, enabling the end-user to fit the 'pacer' wording to their own interpretation of what is correct for their vehicle.

This "die cut" or "kiss cut" replacement decal is made from high quality adhesive-backed vinyl. The factory design is digitally cut and hollow-out to the correct shape. Application tape is applied to the decal (supplied) which is used to peel and stick it on to your vehicle. This type of decal is not a print on a solid piece of clear vinyl, it is the cut-out vinyl itself that makes the decal.
