- You can buff the plates as much as you like but shabby screws will all ways drag then down, get some new ones!

- If you have restored or replaced your scuff plates you just can't re use the old screws. These screws set the scuff plates off perfectly. They fit really well and anchor strongly. They are also very durable and you don't have to worry about burred edges on the heads. I have had my scuff plates on and off several times and the screws still look new.
