This door lock striker bolt is designed to fit VF and VG Hardtop models, as well as all VH, VJ, VK, CL, and CM vehicles. It is a brand new replacement part that matches original specifications for a reliable and secure fit. The striker bolt includes a metal sleeve with an inner rubber bush and comes with a washer to distribute pressure evenly during installation.

Note that when removing the original striker bolt, rest assured that the nut inside the B-pillar is a welded cage-nut. This means the nut is securely fixed in place and should not drop down inside the panel unless there is significant rust damage causing it to break free. 

For installation, it is advised to use the factory shim washer beneath the concave washer to protect the paintwork around the bolt area.
