- I had to replace the existing cable as it was damaged and inoperable. These are a tricky item to fit with accessing the linkage under the dash a bit of a challenge with out completely removing it. The cable fitted perfectly through the transmission cross member with the addition of a couple of nylon bushes. The hand brake works perfectly and smoothly now.
