This Hemi Performance exclusive fuel sender repair package includes items manufactured specifically for us and are not available elsewhere.
This includes a brand new fuel sender resistor (which is the only component that actually has to do with reading your fuel level), and a high quality sender retainer ring removal tool.

Note that whilst this kit can be installed by anyone with basic electrical experience, Hemi Performance strongly recommends this repair be done by a qualified auto electrician.

Good points:
Fairly easy to install, but the instructions are very basic. Got my gauge working again, that’s the main thing.
Bad points:
Locking ring is not the correct depth, doesn’t apply any pressure to the seal. Ended up using the original one.
Tangs on locking ring needed modification (filing) to fit the tool.

The Stainless filter was a loose fit on the pickup tube. Minor adjustment to internal tangs fixed it.
Gauge now works correctly for full range. Easy to fit, supplied instructions were clear and easy to follow. - Thanks By Andrew (posted on 4/09/2020)
