MELLING High Performance Valve Spring Upgrade Kit for 2009+ Gen III Hemi
This MELLING high performance valve spring upgrade kit is designed for 2009 and newer 5.7L, 6.2L and 6.4L Gen III Hemi engines where stronger, more controlled valvetrain performance is required. It is a well-matched package for performance camshaft upgrades, higher RPM use, or fresh engine builds where the factory valve spring hardware is no longer suitable.
The kit uses beehive-style single valve springs with 135 PSI closed pressure at 1.800 inch installed height and 348 PSI open pressure at 1.175 inch. This helps improve valve control under load while maintaining a practical performance setup for modern Hemi applications. Matching chromoly beehive retainers, seat locators, valve locks and valve stem seals are included, helping take the guesswork out of piecing together a complete valvetrain spring package.
