This oil pump pick up tube and screen assembly is a sensible replacement when servicing, rebuilding or upgrading the lubrication system on a Gen III Hemi. Positioned in the sump, the pick up tube draws oil into the pump while the screen helps prevent larger debris from entering the oiling system. A tired, damaged or contaminated pick up can restrict oil flow, so replacing it during oil pump or engine work is good insurance.
The assembly features a flanged mounting end with a single mounting hole, galvanised steel tube and screen construction, and includes the required gasket or seal. Designed for bolt-on style applications, it is a practical choice for keeping oil supply consistent in 5.7L and 6.1L Hemi engines.
