PLEASE NOTE: This ignition switch requires replacement of your original loom plug, not an exact factory reproduction. To install it you will need either cut your existing plug from your original switch or replace the factory connector on your vehicle's loom. The male end with blade fittings is included in the kit.

VH and CH ignition switches are now very hard to find. Most originals are 50+ years old, and worn contacts, fatigued springs and brittle wiring cause dead key positions, sloppy action and the risk of electrical shorts or fire. To give VH Valiant and Chrysler by Chrysler CH owners a brand-new option, our workshop takes our new, improved ignition switch and wiring loom and converts it to suit VH / CH.

The kit includes a loose 4-way QC connector housing and 4 brass blade terminals — that is the male end with blade fittings. Fit the supplied connector to your car's loom in place of the factory connector, and the switch plugs straight in. Allow for basic auto-electrical work. If you are unsure, have an auto electrician fit the connector.
