Hemi Performance presents the P45T to H4 Bulb Adaptor Ring, designed specifically classic P45t headlights. These purpose-built adapters allow you to easily convert your existing P45T headlamps to fit modern P43t globes without the need for any modifications to your headlamps. The bulb is held securely in place, ensuring a reliable and hassle-free installation process.
NOTE: Depending on your headlamp type, you may need to reduce the length of the H4 globe locating tabs to allow fitment of the globe retainer ring.
