The Rear Main Seal Cap Bolts are specifically designed for Chrysler's Big Block 383, 400, and 440 engines. These specialized countersunk bolts secure the aluminum rear main seal cap to the engine block, ensuring a tight seal and preventing oil leaks. An improvement over original factory bolts, they feature a thicker underhead washer surface and are finished in black oxide for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sold in sets of two, one set is required per engine. 

These bolts are a direct replacement for the original factory bolts, offering improved design and materials to enhance engine performance and longevity. They are compatible with all Big Block Mopar engines, including 361, 383, 400, 413, 426, and 440 models.
