Product is as described, the only fault is that the metal components are bare/uncoated and cannot be painted/coated between the rubber and steel.

Thanks Jon for the review - Upon close inspection of the hanger, it appears the steel is galvanized, not bare, this should help prevent corrosion between the rubber and steel.
