Hemi Performance offer a premium reconditioning service for your ignition switch. What's better is we don't even need yours up front! We'll send you a fully reconditioned switch for you to pop into your vehicle and get you going - then you just need to send us your old one afterwards.

What sets our ignition switch apart from our competitors?

When we recondition your ignition switch, we're not just cleaning it and painting it black.
The following process is what we use:

• Switch is fully disassembled
• Cleaned inside & out
  
• Internal contacts are repaired
• Brand new springs are fitted
• Brand new nylon centre is fitted* (replaces original bakelite part)
• Wiring is replaced
  
• Solder is replaced
• Switch is re-assembled
• Switch is tested

*Bakelite centre only replaced when necessary.

By replacing key components with brand new parts, or as-new second hand parts (we have years worth of spares!) we are able to guarantee that the switch will work as it did from factory.

The old & fatigued springs won't break up; which can cause an electrical fire, the centre won't be worn; making your switch feel sloppy by not locking into the correct positions, the contacts won't be worn; which causes certain key positions to not work, and the old wiring won't cause excessive resistance and heat which can cause an electrical fire.
