Refresh your classic Valiant’s speedometer drive with this all-new speedometer cable and grommet assembly, made to suit AP5 and AP6 models fitted with either a 3 speed manual gearbox or push button Torqueflite 904 automatic transmission.

At 165cm long, this cable is designed for the correct routing through the vehicle and includes the rubber grommet pre-fitted, helping protect the cable where it passes through the body and giving a cleaner, more complete installation. A worn, dry or damaged speedometer cable can cause an erratic speedo reading, noise behind the dash, or complete speedometer failure, making this a practical replacement during restoration, transmission work or dash repairs.

Please check your existing cable ends against the photo before ordering. This cable has a screw-on fitting at the speedometer end and a push-in fitting at the transmission end.
